The relationship between engineers and industrial designers is crucial to the working and commercial success of an object. Yet this relationship can overlooked. Deborah uses her background in design and cultural history to enforce this relationship by editing and designing  NewcomenLinks, examining the impact of Bauhaus design in the Cold War and researching and writing company histories.
